Refunds
Purchased classes are non-refundable. Purchased classes may be used within 6 months of purchase. Classes that are not used within 6 months of purchase are forfeited and will be donated to a first-responder, teacher, or person in need.
"I'm not gonna make it!"
If you sign up for a class, you may cancel within 1 hour of class. Classes not canceled within 1 hours of class will be subject to the following:

Group class subscriptions will be debited for the class

Private subscriptions will be debited one class

Private single purchase may be rescheduled as a 30 minute session
"Where is everyone?"
If no one is signed up 1 hour before a class starts, we reserve the right to cancel class. This is why it's SO important to sign up in advance. Our schedule will always be up to date on the website. If something out of our control happens such as a power outage, Internet outage, or failure of any of the third party systems we use to deliver classes we will do our best to get the word out to everyone on the website, email and social media as soon as possible and you will not be charged for any class that did not happen in these circumstances.
"I barely made it!"
You can't blame it on traffic ;)
Classes open 15 minutes prior to starting so that you have plenty of time to get online, get settled, and chat with classmates or the instructor if you'd like. We honor everyone's time by starting and ending class on time. Students entering class late may not be admitted, or may be admitted only when the instructor can pause to let them in. Privates end at the scheduled time.
"Where'd they go?"
We strive to build community online with respect for the instructor and everyone attending class. Any student who turns their video off during class is considered to have left the class, will be dropped from the session and charged for the class. If you need to attend to something (e.g. run to the bathroom, grab water) simply leave your camera on so that we know you'll be coming back.
Subscription Cancellation
We'd be sorry to see you go, but understand that things change. Please provide written notice to hi@yogaanywhere.live 30 days prior to your next Class Pack Subscription renewal. We'll be here with open arms should you decide to come back.
