Learn how to de-stress and create a winning mindset in the ring, on the trail, or on the ground. We’ll spend time on the mat moving through yoga poses that balance strength with flexibility while creating body awareness that results a deeper, clearer connection with your horse. Applies to all riding disciplines.
No yoga experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Yoga mats provided.
