Service Description

A great class if you're seeking a more restorative practice to enhance flexibility, stability, mobility, and gently build strength. The slower pace is ideal if you're looking to improve mobility, new to yoga, recovering from an injury/illness, or if you prefer the aid of a chair. Options are always provided to sweeten or spice up your practice. Class concludes with relaxing meditation.
